A brief description of the vegan dining program:
Dining Services offers vegan meals for lunch and dinner across campus each week. Each dining hall offers a vegan option for both lunch and dinner. In addition, any meal can be vegetarian with the exclusion of the meat option. 70% of retail and residential meals are vegan-friendly and 85% are vegetarian-friendly.
