Boston University regularly engages with other institutions through conferences, meetings, conference calls and emails. The University President is an active member of the Mayor of Boston's Green Ribbon Commission established to help the City meet its Climate Action Plan targets. The Commission and its sub-committees meet regularly with other area universities and businesses. BU uses its website as an informational hub to share what BU is doing with other institutions.
