A brief description of how the results of the assessment(s) are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
Only responses from groups with at least five faculty members are collated. These aggregated responses are discussed at the school and college level by the University administration and the Council on Faculty Diversity and Inclusion (CFDI), and the overall findings are shared with the faculty.
No open-ended comments are shared unless they are in the context of a group of faculty that includes at least 5 respondents. Since these comments are extremely valuable feedback about the successes and challenges facing faculty within academic units, the University strongly encourages feedback.
