It is the expectation that the Board of Trustees will create, at its December 2011 meeting, an ad hoc committee to discuss the concept of a standing University committee to advise the Investment Committee of the Board of Trustees with respect to issues of sustainability and socially responsible investments (“SSRIC”)
In addition to the above, the University has developed a framework for consideration of donor-directed sustainability and socially responsible investment programs
