A brief description of the purchasing behavior:
Dining Services purchases napkins with 100% recycled content, with 46% post-consumer content and 54% pre-consumer content. These napkins are used for all of the residential dining halls as well as all of our non-franchise retail locations including the George Sherman Union Food Court, Breadwinners, Law School Café, and the Fitness and Recreation Center.
Our franchised retail locations also use napkins with recycled content, including Einstein’s Bagels, Subway (100% recycled content with a minimum of 40% post-consumer content, chlorine-free and printed with water-based inks), Starbucks, and Raising Cane’s (100% recycled content).
