A third-party claims administrator (TPA) provides the Office of Risk Management with an online claim management system for our Workers' Compensation claims. As part of that system, the office has the ability to gather work-related illness/injury information required by OSHA and compile it on the appropriate OSHA forms for our annual recordkeeping/reporting.
