Is the institution’s integrated pest management program or contractor currently certified under EcoWise, GreenPro, Green Shield, or an equivalent program approved by AASHE?:
No

A brief description of the institution’s third party certified IPM program or contractor, including the year certification was achieved and/or renewed:

Ultrafast's IPM program is defined by Chapter 85 of the Acts of 2000 as a comprehensive strategy of pest control whose major objective is to achieve desired levels of pest control in an environmentally responsible manner by combining multiple pest control measures to reduce the need for reliance on chemical pesticides. More specifically, it involves the use of a combination of pest control tools, which address conditions that support pests. IPM includes, but does not solely rely on the use of monitoring techniques to determine immediate and ongoing need for pest control measures. IPM considers sanitation and housekeeping, physical barriers, the use of natural pest enemies and the judicious use of low risk pesticides, when necessary.
Ultrafast's work orders are generated from students, staff, and faculty across 4 campuses. Dining Halls have a regular PM service.
