We try to recycle as many materials from renovations as possible. BHSU worked alongside the contracted building company to recycle as much as possible from the renovation of the library in 2021. BHSU utilizes it's own infrastructure and personal to transport recycling to a company that takes and pays for it, which is 20 miles away. All other materials are either stored or sent to the landfill.

The information above is from the BHSU library renovation in FY21, we track the recycling data and we received the landfill data from the building contractor (Ainsworth-Benning). There were also renovations on some administration offices, apt C west and apt B that same year; that data was not recorded nor included.
