Our Title IX coordinator deals with EEO and Title IX related to diversity cases. Human Resources director does similar items but only in cases of harassment and reported bias based on gender and race in employment matters.

RAs and other departmental staff participate in several sessions in both the Fall and Spring training. Training focus' on uncovering their internal biases and how they can confront them through their everyday interactions with their residents. RA's do have a piece of their programming model that deals with Multicultural Discovery, where they are asked to focus on a piece of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This last year we utilized the following activities: Archie Bunker’s Neighborhood, a Privilege Walk, and All that We Share
