All current students who have paid the activity fee of Black Hills State University shall be a member of the Student Association. The representative body of the Student Association is the Student Senate.
Students also sit on the Student Federation and are nominated for various committees on campus who make recommendations to the administration.
Do the institution’s staff members have a representative body through which they can participate in governance (e.g. a staff council)?:

Do the institution’s non-supervisory staff members have an elected representative on the institution’s highest governing body?:

If yes to either of the above, provide:
Hourly staff can participate in the Career Service Act Advisory Council, an organization of Career Service employees at Black Hills State University who have been elected to represent their peers.
Staff are also asked to sit on committees who make recommendations to the administration.
