Black Hills State University has established standards and practices for the quality of our indoor air environment for our LEED Certified Buildings. The University’s Owner’s Program Requirements document developed in association with Williams and Associates Architecture, Inc. outlines institutional standards for products and practices to be utilized in providing optimum indoor air quality. CO2 concentration sensors are used to dynamically control building ventilation systems.
