Introduction
Welcome to Berea College’s Energy Management Site!
We look forward to serving new and returning students, faculty, and staff.
Berea College is continuing its commitment to sustainability with a new phase in energy planning by initiating a campus-wide evaluation and update of the college’s energy plan. Reducing energy consumption and promoting sustainability presents three major benefits to the College:
Reduces our carbon footprint
Reduces the annual energy budget
Provide opportunities for students, faculty, staff and the community to learn more about conservation and sustainability
An Energy Program Steering Group was formed to provide positive program support in engaging the campus community and to provide direction for program activities which fit the culture of the College.
This portal page will serve as a conduit to information regarding this initiative and also provide access to newsletters, articles, flyers and events along with links to other resources.
