Human Resources organizes an annual Community Learning Conference in July. As part of this Human Resources brought programs to campus that were dedicated to professional and academic development of faculty and staff. Each year the Office of Sustainability organizes a session specifically on campus sustainability. In addition, there are many sessions on social justice topics during the conference.

Sustainability Change Leadership Development Program: Sophie and Natalie participated in the CLDP program in 2022. This was a 6-month, virtual, hands-on, cohort-based collaborative program that trains professionals in a diverse set of frameworks, tools, and models for leading organizational change that can be applied throughout the sustainability work that we do.
Sustainability Leaders Impact Accelerator: Amanda King partipated in thie program in 2022. This Impact Accelerator explored emerging topics in change leadership, built skills to advance sustainability buy-in across the institution.
