A survey developed by the Educational Advisory Board (EAB) was issued to all undergraduate students in Spring 2018. The survey covered General Campus Climate, Perceptions of Diversity, Services and Programs, Discrimination and Harassment, and Interactions with Diverse Peers.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
Findings showed that we are largely on par with comparable institutions (small, private) in most metrics of the survey tool and where there is variance it is not substantial in either directions. The data was in part used to better distribute resources, impact staffing patterns, and to ensure diversity was prominently featured in the University’s Strategic Plan.
