Sustainability Career Community & Career Counselor

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:

Within the Pulsifer Career Development Center, Jennifer Graham works specifically with students interested in pursuing a career in the area of sustainability or sustainable business. Within the Career Services office, students can identify with a ‘Career Community’- an industry specific model to align students to areas of interest, regardless of major. Within the Sustainability Community, career services provides resources, relevant events, jobs, and employers through their website as well as weekly newsletters. As a Career Coach for this community, Jennifer Graham partners with the Office of Sustainability as well as applicable student organizations to connect with undergraduate students and assist one another in promoting our collective initiatives such as programs or the Delongchamp Family Fund. Jennifer also plans Career Community focused events highlighting alumni and potential internship and full time career paths for undergraduate students.
