All new construction is partnered with Efficiency Vermont and build to energy star standards, we have no formal certifications for any of our buildings. Our latest renovation, the main academic building on campus was a historic renovation all with above code insulation, heat pumps, LED lights on a BMS system, a state of the art BMS system and is geothermal ready.

We do not have the resources to go through the LEED certification process. We building our buildings to LEED standards, though the cost to get the certification is prohibitive. I have commissioning agent reports and information from Efficiency Vermont to testify to this.
