At least two members of the buildings and grounds staff attend conferences every year, in addition to webinars and other low cost/no cost events. Free online webinars are used frequently by staff and faculty that can focus on needs of the college at the time.

https://www.efficiencyvermont.com/trade-partners/bbd, is the conference we attend annually as well as any free webinars available. Staff also attended the annual virtual AASHE conference in this reporting year.
