Between the annual performance evaluations, and New hire probation evaluation Bennington College works with human resources within offices to review questions and concerns, address issues that arise as they year progresses, and potential future growth. There is also an anonymous system for employees to provide feedback to human resources and the presidents office. There are boxes throughout campus that are labelled "staff feedback." Once a month the slips of paper are collected and then each season we have a staff meeting where anonymous questions and concerns are reviewed and discussed.
