We do not have a general framework at present. We completed a climate survey with the faculty, which is attached here.

Faculty suggested that they wanted greater shared governance, more professional development in this area, and greater clarity to DEI work in evaluation processes.

This survey was shared with both faculty and senior staff. This was an intentional share, so that senior staff could evaluate the information and decide how best to move forward.

The faculty was the first, in a planned series of surveys. Now that has been completed, the intent moving forward was to have the staff complete the same survey. Once that is compiled, then students will be surveyed.
