A brief description of the institution’s community garden:
The community garden offers garden plots (30x30 ft typically, but often half of a plot) to any member of the community (faculty, staff, emeritus, student) as personal/family garden space. We have been doing this for over 30 years now.
Only requirement is that they're around for enough of the summer to tend it reasonably (thus, not viable for a lot of students).
No website; basic guidelines are that we work on generally organic principles and gardeners are pretty much responsible for all management. The College has been willing to support with provision of mulch and an occasional load of compost/manure.
