The sustainability working group has been meeting for decades. They first worked on recycling, moving to energy efficiency projects, purchasing clothes drying racks for the houses, worked on composting programs in the houses, and training about how you can be more sustainable by using fewer to no plastics.

Many different policies where enacted and projects completed through this method. The form was shared through weekly newsletters and email chains.
