Belmont University offers employees an Employee Wellness Program through our health care provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield. The program rewards employees for making right choices when it comes to improving their health. Employees are also offered “health cash” for completing a Health Risk Assessment Survey. Employees track their progress with an activity tracker.
