Yes
A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
The College is a participant of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which is administered by the Washington State HR and for which all employees are eligible. The EAP may be able to provide assistance for employees and their family members in resolving personal or work-related problems, and may also be able to refer them to other resources available to Washington State employees.
For BC-sponsored health insurance-eligible employees, wellness programs through BC health insurance programs offer services that provide support in getting and staying physically active, information to help make wise health care and lifestyle choices, and tools to help navigate the health care system. These wellness programs also offer services ranging from smoking cessation to weight management and stress management.
