Bellevue College offers students a Commuter Check which doubles their bus money on a transit-restricted debit card that students can use for an e-purse or pass on the Puget Sound region's ORCA (One Regional Card for All) card system. Students who are registered for at least 5 credits can pay $60 for a Commuter Check card pre-loaded with $120, and students registered for at least 10 credits can pay $120 for a Commuter Check card pre-loaded with $240. The Commuter Checks are on sale for the week prior to the first day of each quarter. Students may purchase one card per quarter and the value is valid throughout that quarter.
