We worked with our Dining, Conferences, and Campus Events team to identify our local and third-party certified foods, then found the percentage of spending based on our total food budget. All our dining is in-house, as opposed to an outside contractor. This data was over the course of a fiscal year.

Our goal is to be among the best colleges in the nation for providing quality, environmentally friendly, and delicious food. We have just been awarded a 3 Star Certified Green Restaurant Award from Green Restaurant, and hope to continue this trend into the future -
