Barnard's Milstein Library has a rainwater detention tank located beneath the lawn for overflow protection. The tank drains to the Claremont Avenue sewage system. The stormwater detention system is 372.6 linear feet of 2' diameter corrugated HDPE piping at 0.5%. Footprint = 1139 square feet. Storage volume = 1170 cubic feet.
