At Bard College Steve Perog maintains & writes all the OSHA programs, periodically trains the crew on relevant topics & new regulations, reviews accident data & incorporates written corrective action plan into the training. We hold a weekly union safety meeting with management.

The College tracks incident/accident reports that might result in liability claims. There were no reports involving Barnes & Noble or Hudsonia from the last year. Chartwells tracks their own incidents.
