Bard utilizes the US EPA Portfolio Manager as a means to benchmark and analyze it's entire Annandale campus. Each year, all utility and fuel deliver data is entered into Portfolio Manager for an annual snapshot and review.
Bard is also a partner in the Dept of Energy "Better Buildings Challenge", striving to reach a 20% reduction in energy consumption:
