Bard Research Fund for the 2017-2018 academic year.
Purpose: To support scholarly and artistic projects with significant potential as a distinguished contribution to the humanities, the social or natural sciences, or the arts.
Funding and Duration: Depending on the specific project, the fund will consider requests as small as $1,000, and as large as $30,000, with duration of support ranging from one month to one year. The following expenses are not eligible: salary for the applicant, food, or durable equipment (such as cameras) unless these become the property of the College. Other potential sources of support should be also documented in the application. Questions about expense eligibility can be directed to the Dean of the College.
