Ball State has received the Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) Award from INSIGHT Into Diversity for the past three years. INSIGHT Into Diversity is the oldest and largest diversity magazine and website in higher education today. For more than 45 years, INSIGHT Into Diversity has connected potential employees with institutions and businesses choosing to embrace a workforce more reflective of our local and national communities.
