An Investment Committee is elected by the Board of Directors at its annual meeting. In addition to other duties assigned to it by the Board of Directors, the Investment Committee is responsible for deciding how investments will be managed; making asset allocation decision; making direct investments; selecting the investment managers; reviewing the investment portfolio performance; and providing periodic reports to the Board on investment operations and results.
