A brief description of the technology employed:
Ball State University has installed approximately two dozen waterless urinals on campus in high traffic buildings such as the newly built Letterman Communication Building and the Scheumann football stadium. The waterless urinals are also being installed in smaller renovated areas on campus where it is found to be feasible. Typically Sloan Waterfree, Waterless Company or approved equal products are installed, which are designed for flushometer valve operation with trap-seal liquid in the dry urinals.
