A brief description of the campaign(s):
This program is dedicated to raising awareness of energy use on campus. We've hosted two ‘Residence Hall Energy Challenge’ events this past academic year whereby on-campus residents learned energy conservation tips and techniques.
The ‘Residence Hall Energy Challenge’ events occurred:
in the fall semester from Oct. 25 to Nov. 22, 2010
in the spring semester from Mar. 21 to Apr. 18, 2011.
Each residence hall complex on campus competed to reduce energy use by the highest percentage. The ten participating residence-hall complexes were:

A brief description of the measured positive impact(s) of the campaign(s):
The fall competition resulted in the winner reducing their energy use consumption by 48,000 Kwh
The spring competition resulted in a collective of nine resident-hall compounds reducing their energy consumption by 45,940 Kwh during the four-week-long challenge.
