RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION COSTS GRANT GUIDELINES. This funding is made available to faculty annually at the Provost's discretion and is awarded to faculty applicants by the Faculty Development Committee.
• Provides funding that can be used to (1) purchase research equipment, (2) secure research subjects, and (3) defray publication costs.
• Faculty must skip 2 application cycles (August – May) before re-applying for this grant. Thus, if a faculty member received a Research and Publications Costs Grant in spring of 2015, that faculty member is eligible to apply for the same grant in January/February of 2018.
• Funding requests must be a minimum of $200 and a maximum of $3000. Any individual equipment piece must cost less than $1000.
• All equipment and re-useable supplies purchased with the Research and Publication Costs Grant are to remain the property of Baldwin Wallace University.
