https://www.babson.edu/careers-at-babson/benefits-and-wellness/employee-resource-groups/ .  We also have a program called "Touch Point" that connects new employees that are considered underrepresented with current employees who are also underrepresented professionals at Babson.  The program last 3 months and they meet monthly to help orient and support the new employee.
