Environmental Sustainability
It’s vital that all entrepreneurs and young professionals, whatever the field, have a clear understanding of what environmental sustainability is. Particularly, it’s imperative professionals know how their environmental business decisions affect ecosystems, natural resources, and future generations.
The environmental sustainability concentration is a study of how sustainability has become a primary driver for innovation, social justice, and business success as supply chains became more transparent over the last few decades.
Does the institution offer at least one undergraduate qualification focused on a subject other than sustainability that has a sustainability-focused learning requirement?:

Justice, Citizenship, & Social Responsibility
When you learn about social justice, you explore how individuals and communities construct and find meaning in the world around them.
The justice, citizenship, and social responsibility concentration gives you an understanding of how cultural and ethical structures are inherited, cultivated, and perpetuated locally and globally, and how they animate and orient human experience. It’s a great counterpart to your business degree and pairs well with other concentrations such as entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, legal studies, leadership, and social and cultural studies.
As you learn about social justice and social responsibility, you will take at least one philosophy course and round out your four-course study with choices across other disciplines, including history, environmental, and civil rights courses. You will also get a deeper understanding of integrating these elements into the workpalce, specially with corporate social responsibiliy courses.

Optional documentation
*Babson only offers one degree program for all undergraduate students: Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Students can select from over 25 "concentrations" which are somewhat similar to majors at other campuses. A sustainability focused course is required for all undergraduates for the class of 2025; for the class of 2023, since these students have earned their qualification in Business Management, we have calculated the number of students who took at least one course with sustainability-focused learning requirements. These courses include those with SES or NST2 designations.
