A brief description of the facilities for bicycle commuters:
All students are able to access the secure indoor bike storage in Park Manor West. Additionally, the college has many bike racks spread across the grounds, and bicycle theft is not a concern on our campus. Showers and lockers are available at the Webster Athletic Center, and a pair of public showers is provided in the lower level of Park Manor North. Bike racks are available at both locations. The Campus Center front desk has a bicycle pump, provided by the Sustainability Office, available for anyone that might need one.

There are bike racks across campus. Park Manor West's long-term storage is open to all students.

Mass Transit Programs

A brief description of the mass transit programs:
Babson, in partnership with Olin and Wellesley Colleges, offers a shuttle that connects students traveling between the campuses. It is free for all students. Babson also offers students a shuttle that connects the campus with the Boston area: http://www.babson.edu/admission/visiting-babson/wellesley/shuttle-schedule/Pages/home.aspx Babson also allows employees to participate in pre-tax payroll deductions to purchase commuter passes for the MBTA or MetroWest system.

Guaranteed Return Trip Program

A brief description of the guaranteed return trip program:
Babson College participates in the MassRIDES ERH program: MassRIDES Emergency Ride Home (ERH) program supports commuters who commute green with a free ride if an unexpected emergency arises. It is “commuter insurance” for those who carpool, take transit, bicycle, walk or vanpool to work. Participants simply take a taxi, transit, rental car or get a ride from a co-worker in the event of an emergency, submit a reimbursement request afterwards, and MassRIDES will reimburse the individual up to $100 for the cost of getting home. Who can use ERH: An individual must be enrolled in ERH and carpool, vanpool, transit, bicycle, or walk at least twice per week and on the day of program use. The individual must also be an employee of a participating MassRIDES employer partner worksite that is registered for ERH.
