On every Community Learning Day, the Sustainability Office conducts presentations to faculty and staff about sustainability and has focused on training sessions covering topics such as how to compost at home, tools for living a sustainable life, and participating in the campus' community garden. Additionally, the day also has several topics around diversity and inclusion, such as educational sessions to inform employees about trans* culture, etc.

The Sustainability Office does several presentations and training sessions for individual offices about sustainability at Babson.

The Sustainability Office has supported staff traveling to the AASHE conference, where they were able to attend sessions directly related to their work on campus. For example:
