Many of the college buildings have EMS tied to the HVAC shop at Facilities. Systems include American Automatrix, Johnson controls, etc.

Exhaust fans, Air handling units providing ventillation, unit ventilators, fan coil units.
During the christmas break, all spaces set back temperatures for weeks including dorm rooms are turned down as low as possible (to 50 degrees). Exhaust fans, air handling units in offices and academic spaces are turned off.
