A brief description of the technology used:
LED Lights have been used in 2 classroom applications and an office in our Facilities Building. We have also used LED's in two outdoor lights and we have five solar powered lights that have LED's in them. LED lights are being experimented with for use in elevators and some elevator lobbies.The college recently installed LED lighting in a major parking lot at the college skating rink. We are also experimenting with LEDs to replace halogen and CFL recessed lighting in the main dining hall and campus center.We have utilized high efficiency induction lighting in our parking deck.
