Babson offers the following to assist employees with childcare needs:
Section 125 Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account benefit that allows eligible employees to set aside up to $5,000 on a pre-tax basis into an account to be used for childcare expenses.
Childcare resource and referral services through the Wellness Corp EAP benefit.
Babson has an arrangement with the Wellesley Child Care Center, whereby the Center holds spaces for employees needing childcare.
