A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
We have participated in an organizational survey every year for over a decade. For the past two years, we have participated in the Great College To Work For survey administered by ModernThink sponsored by The Chronicle of Higher Education. Last taking place in March 2010, survey responses were anonymous collected and only reported in aggregate back to the College. We participate in this survey because our core value of Excellence drives us to continuously improve our employee experience. This survey provides us the opportunity to seek feedback regularly from staff and faculty to help guide these improvements, empowering them to take an active role in creating meaningful change via the Babson Champions process. This process allows one individual from each department to act as a facilitator in the data dissemination and discussion process resulting in action plans intended to address concerns identified in the survey. It provides a great development opportunity for the individual.
