Chief Diversity Officer Elizabeth Thornton leads interactive discussions on the College’s strategy at least once each semester. She helps studnts, staff, and faculty to answer the questions “What does Diversity mean today? What is my role in promoting diversity and inclusiveness on campus and beyond?”
Cultural competence trainings and activities are integrated throughout several undergraduate and graduate courses, including:
