APSU uses a consulting firm (Modern Think, LLC) to administer The Chronicle of Higher Education's Great Colleges to Work For Program survey. This survey goes out to all regular employees. The survey covers areas including Job Satisfaction, Teaching Environment, Professional Development, Compensation, Benefits, Work/Life Balance, Facilities, Policies, Governance, Pride, Supervisors, Senior Leadership, Staff Relations, Communication, Collaboration, Fairness, and Respect & Appreciation.
