Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory
Yes
A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
The Coordinator for the Center of Environmental Studies collects data from campus offices, energy providers, etc., for entry into the SIMAP, managed by the Sustainability Institute of the University of New Hampshire. Summaries, spreadsheets, and accompanying narratives are available at the Second Nature website (https://reporting.secondnature.org/institution/detail!3759##3759)
Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
No
A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:

A brief description of how the institution accounted for its Scope 3 emissions:
Scope 3 emissions are currently calculated using the following methods:
-Commuting data: A survey was designed and sent via email to all faculty, staff, and students that live off campus in the spring of 2017. We hope to perform another survey this spring when campus populations have normalized.
-Air/bus travel for athletics and study abroad are calculated based on arrival/departure information provided by the respective departments. Personal vehicle reimbursement mileage is based on an estimate from data previously collected by the Business Office.
-Information about wastewater and solid waste is available from the college's Physical Plant and based on methods outlined in the inventory attached above.
