The university has an employee resource page with professional development opportunities related to sustainability. The page compiles the online courses available through Lynda.com, the university's professional development and training portal, where employees log in to find numerous course options. The page also summarizes Auburn's sustainability-related memberships and outlines the professional development resources and opportunities found throughout each. Auburn has sustainability-related topics as Universal Performance Dimensions, which are performance evaluation measures common to all employees and included in performance plans. Universal Performance Dimensions include: teamwork, stakeholder focus, diversity and equity commitment, balanced decision-making, strategic focus, uncommon integrity, ability to conceptualize, adaptability, builds partnerships, communicates effectively, creativity and innovation, critical thinking, facilitates change, interpersonal versatility, manages conflict, people focus, plans and organizes, quality focus, technical and professional knowledge.
