While Auburn University is not currently pursuing this credit, progress in regards to building operations and maintenance from a sustainability perspective is being made. As of this submission, Facilities Management is in the process of formalizing the "Sustainable Operations Guidelines" policy document, which contains goals, strategies, and standards concerning building operations and maintenance in the areas listed below. Once completed, this document will guide day-to-day operations for all campus buildings under the operational control of Facilities Management.
