Yes
None
A brief description of the program:
In all three campus residential areas (~4,000 beds) full-time recycling staff and temporary contracted staff assist students and parents with separating recyclable materials (focus on cardboard) and disposing of waste when they move-in and unpack.
When necessary, staff members separate trash from all cardboard boxes. Cardboard boxes are flattened and placed in dedicated cardboard front-end load dumpsters or roll-off containers.
Move-In 2011 produced 20 tons of cardboard recycling.
