Does the institution host a food bank, pantry, or equivalent resource focused on alleviating food insecurity, hunger and poverty among students?:
Yes

A brief description of the food bank, pantry, or equivalent resource:

ASU has several initiatives to address food insecurity among students:

- Pitchfork Pantry/Devils Depot is a student-run pantry for students in need. More information: https://www.statepress.com/article/2022/03/devils-depot-continues-the-mission-of-pitchfork-pantry-in-delivering-food and https://www.facebook.com/asupitchforkpantry/

- ASU hosts periodic Borderlands Produce On Wheels – With Out Waste food markets. Vegetables from refrigerated food warehouses at the Arizona-Mexico border are brought to or near campus. The market is partnering with DoorDash to provide FREE deliveries. For a $15 contribution, you receive an up to 50lb box of rescued produce. Many of our supporters are unable to leave the house, or do not have transportation to attend a physical redistribution event.

- Garden Commons offers a space to grow local organic food, engage with peers and enjoy nature. Produce from the garden is regularly donated to community food banks or students in need.
