A brief description of the trayless dining program:
Trayless Dining is implemented at all the all-you-care-to eat dining facilities on Arizona State University Tempe and Downtown campuses. Between the four main dining halls on the Tempe campus alone, trayless dining is estimated to save 77,600 lbs of food waste and 413,800 gallons of water in one academic year.
